I have attached a planner for our activities so all of our documents are in a similar format.






The following sub-headings should be included in your activity overview:

• Location
• Description
• Equipment/Resources
• Age Suitability
• VELS Links
• Ratios
• Activity Staffing
• Leader Experience Required
• Assistant Experience Required
• Participant Experience Required

For activity structure, the following needs to be covered:

• Aim
• Focus
• Before you start
• Set Up
• Procedure
• Closure
• Pack Up
